The Historical and Ethnographic Museum in Chojnice fulfils its obligation under the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities by publishing this statement.
The website www.chojnicemuzeum.pl is partially compliant with the Act on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.
The non-compliance is because the website was developed at a time when digital accessibility guidelines would not have been available and widely used. In this respect, the current website benefits from the exemption indicated in Art. 3 para. 8 of the Act.
The statement was drawn up on 2021.03.29 on the basis of a self-assessment by the public body.
Standard keyboard shortcuts can be used on the website.
Problems with the digital accessibility of the website can be reported at: muzeum@chojnicemuzeum.pl or by telephone at 52 397 23 19. The person responsible is Jordan Rolbiecki.
Requests for inaccessible information and complaints about lack of accessibility can also be submitted in the same way.
A reply to the request/complaint should be made immediately, no later than within 7 days. If this is not possible, the entity shall inform the sender of this fact and indicate a possible time limit for a reply, which may not be longer than 2 months.
If it is not possible to provide accessibility, the entity may propose an alternative method of accessing the content.
If a request to provide accessibility or provide access to content in an alternative form is refused, a complaint may be made to the Ombudsman.
