A catalogue thematically linked to the exhibition entitled From Etruria to Pomerania? Facial ashtrays against the background of the funerary rites of the Pomeranian culture, presented in the Historical and Ethnographic Museum in Chojnice from June to October 2009, bring closer the archaeological knowledge of the so-called Pomeranian culture, initiated in the middle of the 6th century B.C., the visual symbol of which are facial ashtrays furnishing box graves.
